A lovely cleansing and purification set with a White Sage with dried red Eucalyptus bundle, Palo Santo stick, Tiger Eye heart and natural recycled Shell. Smudging or smudging with white sage is an ancient ritual of the Native Americans in North America, because the gray-white leaves of the Salvia Apiana have spiritual powers. Cleaning your home with sage could cleanse and get rid of old and stagnant energies and purify yourself and your room.

HOW TO SMUDGE White Sage Bundle
Make sure you open a window. During the smudging ceremony, the dried floral sage bundle is typically placed in a shell or fireproof plate. You can also light the end of the sage and hold it in your hand. As it burns, the holder walks around the location and wafts the smoke over their head and in the direction of objects needing protection or cleansing. You can cleanse people as well as places, and experienced practitioners suggest you start by cleansing people before you cleanse places.
To cleanse a person, move the smoking bundle around the person’s body, starting at one foot, up the entire body, and down the other side, ending at the opposite foot. Then cleanse the back of the body, moving to the front, and ending at the heart. To cleanse a room, start at the far corner and work your way out of the room so that negative energy is pushed out. Once you are done, press the tip of the smudging stick gently into the shell or container to extinguish it.

Sacred Palo Santo (Bursera Graveolens) is a typical tree of the pacific coasts of centre-south American. It is called Holy Wood because it blossoms during Christmas. Its wood has a fine citrus aroma with underlying notes of frankincense, its close relative.

Palo Santo tree in Peru is harvested under government supervision by the natives of the South Americans jungles. Its wood is collected from the ground only after 4 to 10 years that twigs and branches naturally dropped. It is really during this period that the wood ripens its essence reaching its curative power.

No trees are destroyed in the collection of this wood.

Palo Santo is burned in ceremonies by Shamans and Medicine people for its energetically cleansing and healing properties similar to Sage. Burning Instructions PALO SANTO

Use a candle, match or lighter to ignite your stick of Palo Santo. Hold at about a 45 degree angle pointing the tip down toward the flame. Allow it to burn for about 30 secs to 1 minute and then blow out. Move about your workspace, home, car, bathroom or anywhere you would like to clear the energy. The rich smell will also bring peace and clarity to the moment along with good feelings . When finished, place the stick in a fire proof bowl of metal, glass or clay. The glow will end on its own unless you blow on the ember which will keep the smoke going. Always use caution and respect when working with fire.
